Purchases You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the items. We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to purchase goods on our site. All online payments are handled securely by PayPal - you do not need to have a Paypal account, you can use your normal credit card. You can also send us your order in writing with a cheque payable to Pet Plus (please remember to add €4.95 for P&P on orders under €75) or call us to place your order over the phone. See the Privacy Statement page for more information. Shipping We aim to deliver to any address in the Republic of Ireland within three working days of the order date. All orders are sent by Post or Courier depending on size of order. €4.95 for P&P applies. P&P is free on orders over €75.00.
Prices All products are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted Returns You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase once you've received it, please contact us at sales@petplus.ie within 7 days of receipt advising the order no. and product being returned.You must then return it to us in its original and saleable condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Cost of postage for the return of the products will not be refunded and will be borne by the customer. We recommend that you ask the Post Office to provide you with proof of postage when returning products for refund/exchange. Please note that special offer items cannot be returned for a refund, but we will be happy to replace it for a different product or provide you with a credit note if the item is unsuitable. Faulty items Should any product purchased from Pet Plus be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given in our website then we will either replace or refund the product. Please contact us at sales@petplus.ie if you wish to return an item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
