Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Our Shipping costs are
€4.95 for orders under €75.00.  Orders over €75.00 do not incur a delivery charge.  Your order will be dispatched via post or courier service depending on the size of your order.  If you wish your order to be dispatched via Next Day Courier, the cost per order is €12.95 (regardless of order value).
